Marianne Kaplan

Prior to starting Pebble and Co Mosaics, Marianne Kaplan, was a visual artist and a documentary filmmaker. Her love of natural materials, landscape design, archeology, geology and geometric pattern is what drew her to the beauty of pebble mosaics. She studied with gifted Vancouver mosaic artist Glen Anderson, and Istanbul-based master pebble mosaic artist, Sinan Sensoy, who is responsible for creating the mosaics in the Amman royal palace in Jordan.
